Supple Networks provides web hosting, domain registration, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Payment Terms

Services are billed on a subscription basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Late payments may result in service suspension.

All prices are in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our shared hosting plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Domain registrations and add-on services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Sending spam or unsolicited email
• Hosting illegal content or malware
• Engaging in denial-of-service attacks
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

Supple Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for a service credit. Uptime guarantees do not apply to scheduled maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and pay all outstanding fees.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
